  Laurel Roth

Laurel Roth's work is about finding patterns of ecology, adaptation, and anthropology in an urban environment. Her sculptures and installations are made from discards of city life - billiard balls and salvaged acrylic block, 99 cent store beauty products, pharmaceuticals, and fragments of street plants - deconstructed, carved, polished, and reassembled.

Roth's work has shown in India, London, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco and was recently selected for installation in a project room at Art Chicago 2006 In addition to the Quorum project "Blood For Art" with Scope Miami, Roth's will be shown by Packer-Schopf Gallery at the Bridge Fair.
